Controls Technician: Candidates should have an Associate Degree in Specialized Technology or equivalent and/or a minimum of 5 years of work experience. Candidates must possess a strong knowledge of Electro/ Mechanical Automation.
?This hands on position will work directly with production employees as well as managers to review procedures and opportunities for improved systems.
?Will program Allen Bradley, Fanuc, Siemens, & Telemecanique PLC’s/PAC’s.
?Strong skills in electrical, electronic and mechanical components, concepts and configurations.
?Is able to use test equipment i.e. AC/DC volt, Ohm meters, etc. to troubleshoot and gage repaired equipment.
?Uses proven mechanical and programming skills associated with Motion controls, Machine Vision, Sensors, & Robotics
?Works with CNC controlled machining equipment and possess the ability to program using ladder logic.
?Provides assistance with Manufacturing/Machining equipment, tooling, fixtures, and gauging.
?Is able to work in a team environment and projects excellent leadership and customer interface skills.
?Excellent MS office skills. |
