| Job Description | •Communicate with Sales, Applications and the Customer to determine all functional requirements necessary for complete machine control designs.
•Use AutoCAD Electrical to create the necessary control schematics, consistent with Teknikor standards.
•Develop Bill of Materials.
•Oversee production of the Control Panel.
•Program the PLC, Operator Interface Screen, Drives and other devices (temperature controllers, sensors, etc…).
•Oversee testing of the Control Panel.
•Support the service department to successfully startup the system in the field.
•Experience with one or more of the following:
wire and cable, web handling, waste water, water filtration, blown and cast film, textile and converted textile, paper mills, rolling mills, extrusion, non-woven’s, rubber, cranes and hoists, coating lines , ovens and oxidizers, motion control.
Experience with Allen Bradley, Rockwell & 5 years experience with BS degree in Electrical Engineering |
