BASIC PURPOSE AND SCOPE
Position is responsible for providing leadership to
for coordinating and supervising maintenance tasks performed on facilities and equipment. The purpose for this position is to maximize equipment and facility effectiveness and to reduce unscheduled downtime and waste, and promote a high moral environment in the maintenance mechanics.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsible for compliance with GMP, Food Safety, Personal Safety and Quality policies and procedures.

The purpose for this position is to maximize equipment and facility effectiveness and to reduce unscheduled downtime and waste, and promote a high moral environment in the maintenance mechanics.
Position Requirements
3-5 years of experience in an industrial setting.
College Degree (or some college) preferred.
3 years supervisory experience. A combination of education, training, and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
Electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics system design and troubleshooting knowledge, capable of teaching, training, and sharing technical knowledge to associates, knowledge of bakery business equipment and process, knowledge of Programmable Logic Controller related to both programming and troubleshooting. |
