The Hamilton NJ office is seeking an Environmental Project Manager with portfolio management experience with major petroleum clients (Engineers with PE are preferred). This candidate should be or be eligible for NJ LSRP Certification
The ideal Project Manager candidate will assist in the management of large multi-site client accounts, support/develop new business opportunities with real estate developers, law firms, industrial, petroleum and municipal clients. They shall also provide a high level of technical competency on in-house projects and in mentoring junior staff.
Ideal candidates must have 10 to 20 years’ related experience and experience in environmental consulting, a working knowledge of federal regulations, an in-depth knowledge of state regulations, and the ability to provide high-end technical support on complex projects. As a senior technical resource and role model, this leadership position requires an excellent attitude and an ability to communicate effectively with clients, regulators, and junior staff.
Strong technical skills in assessment and remediation for commercial (Real Estate), industrial (Brownfields), municipal and petroleum sites is expected. Financial/business management background and Professional Licensure (PE) is preferred.
Must have NJ Subsurface Evaluator Certification
Must have or be eligible for NJ LSRP Certification
An MS from an accredited college/university is preferred with a major in engineering, geology or science.
