Kroll Zolfo Cooper, the world's pre-eminent financial advisory and interim management firm, is seeking talented professionals for Associate positions in its New York office. For more than 25 years, we have provided restructuring leadership to companies facing a wide range of operational and financial challenges, including Enron, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, NRG Energy, Washington Group and others.

As a Kroll Zolfo Cooper advisor, professionals use their expertise in a multi-faceted restructuring role. From business plan development to operational improvements to financial analysis, Kroll Zolfo Cooper advisors work directly with company management to help resolve their most critical issues. In certain engagements, we serve as interim management (CEO, CFO, COO or CRO) during major transitions.

Your work will include advising and assisting clients by preparing and or reviewing business plans, cash flows, financial projections and other financial analysis. In addition, work may include strategic planning and analysis and developing and implementing, performance improvement initiatives.



Qualifications
We are looking for individuals with experience in accounting and finance, management or strategic consulting or engineering/operations to join our consulting team.
We are looking for candidates with the following experience:
2- 6 years finance and accounting experience, preferably in a national accounting firm, operational/strategy consulting firm or operations management
Desired experience in any of the following industries: retail, manufacturing, distribution, telecommunications, healthcare, apparel, automotive, media and energy.
CPA/MBA preferred
Engineering background a plus
Requires 90-100% travel
