COSMOS IT Systems Analyst Manager – Cypress, CA
The COSMOS IT Systems Analyst Manager works in the analysis phase of the system development cycle. As the COSMOS IT Systems Analyst Manager, you will consult with users to evaluate business requirements, identify operating procedures, evaluate existing or proposed systems and prepare functional specifications from which technical design can be written. In addition, you will define business processes. As an IT Systems Analyst Manager, you will coordinate, supervise and will be accountable for the daily activities of the Systems Analysts.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science/Arts degree desired or equivalent experience.
5 yrs. + Systems Analysis experience required
5 yrs. + Management experience required, formal training in management may be considered as a substitute for previous experience.Demonstrated experience managing a staff of 8 or more, including writing and delivering performance reviews, setting salary and bonus, and assisting employees with career development, desired.
Owns output at task level.
Work is generally limited to own function.
Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion.
Coordinates work activities with other supervisors.
Develops plans to meet short-term objectives.
Identifies and resolves operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgment.
Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan.
Product, service or process decisions are most likely to impact individual employees and/or customers (internal or external).
