This position must have the ability to produce World Class manufacturing results, utilizing the tools and concepts of lean manufacturing. There must be a solid understanding of business
operations and the ability to lead any process to the highest efficiency. This will include
negotiation and procurement of necessary production equipment, work stations, tools, fixtures, material handling, storage, etc. This function requires team based performance. The minimum requirements for this position are:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or Production
Engineering preferred)
• 5 years job related experience
• Complete understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Tools
• Leadership, communication and problem solving skills
• Project management techniques
