Job Description
Qualified candidates will possess: Candidate must be a U.S. citizen or equivalent per ITAR requirements. Knowledge of powder metallurgy, additive manufacture, statistical process control and VAX and PC computers is desired. •Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business/Sales Management or Marketing
•Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sales as a customer account manager or related position
•Strong communication skills (verbal, written, oral, listening & approachability).
•Ability to build constructive and effective relationships with customers and throughout the ATI Powder Metals’ organization.
•Excellent computer skills (specifically Microsoft Office products).

Job Description: ATI Powder Metals, an Allegheny Technologies Company, is a recognized world leader in the production of specialty alloys including titanium, nickel and specialty steel for the aerospace, biomedical, oil & gas, chemical processing and nuclear industries. We are seeking qualified candidates for the following position in Oakdale, PA.
Account Manager

This position is responsible for the management of designated customer accounts and for solicitation and processing of customer inquiries and orders.

Essential Job Functions include the following, other duties may be assigned:
•Responsible for managing designated customer accounts. Prepare quotes, estimates, and provide recommended pricing for assigned products. Assist in obtaining outside quotes and estimates in support of customer inquiries. Provide literature and product samples to qualified customers upon request.
•Receive and process orders and inquiries from customers and prospects and provide necessary information and details for processing.
•Monitor production progress for the fulfillment of orders and provide projected delivery schedules to customers. Inform customers in a timely manner when the projected delivery falls outside customer expectations. Expedite orders as required.
•Gain an understanding of the ATI Powder Metals process and capabilities and how they can benefit potential customers.
•Make outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to generate inquiries, qualify leads, and sell products and services. Visit key customers, as needed, and assist with pertinent customer needs and requirements.
•Build and maintain good customer relationships, and assist in processing customer claims and complaints.

Qualified candidates will possess:
