We're currently seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Airport Operations Supervisor for O'Hare International Airport, Chicago, IL

In this role, the individual selected will lead an assigned work team focused on achieving operating performance and functional service activities.

Specific areas of responsibility may include:

Lead and direct unionized work force to achieve customer satisfaction, and safety objectives.
All aspects of aircraft servicing.
Achievement of cost objectives.
Providing technical guidance and interpreting company policies/procedures to safety, security and other related standards are complied with.
Facilitating a teamwork environment to accomplish corporate/employee expectations.
Possess the ability to work weekends, shifts, and holidays.
Will be working cross-functionally in the front-line customer service environment and the ramp operations, supervising all aspects of aircraft loading, unloading, parking, and servicing.

Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess the following Education, Skills, and Experience:

2 years of Airline operational or similar environment experience.
1 year airport experience preferred similar work environment.
Previous Supervisory experience required.
College Degree preferred but not required.
Leadership abilities.
Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently, as well as part of a team.
Effective decision-making skills.
Professional/courteous demeanor with demonstrated accountability.
Should posses a strong understanding of union/management work environments.
