Responsible for overseeing all daily die shop activities for 3 presses & staff, managing extrusion die orders & tooling, giving technical support including mentoring and training die polishers & correctors, & providing outstanding customer service to internal & external customers. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 10 years die shop & supervisory experience, as well as proficiency in die layouts & extrusion tolerances. Relocation to Schofield, WI is required. |
