Regeneron is looking for a talented and motivated Assay Development Associate to join our Assay Development Group, reporting to a Scientist in Assay Development, with experience in immunoassay development and validation.
Essential Functions:
- Assay Development and/or validation
- GLP compliance and documentation
- Sample Analysis
- Reagent Prep
Experience:
Experience:
- BS/MS degree in Biology, Chemistry, Immunology, or Biochemistry
- 2-10 years of related laboratory experience
- Experience in the development of ELISA-based assays as well as immunogenicity and Neutralizing Antibody Assays
- Experience with clinical and/or toxicology sample analysis
- ELISA-based assays experience is preferred
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word is required
- Experience working with SoftMax and/or Nautilus LIMS system is a plus
- Knowledge of GLPs and experience working in a regulated environment is preferred
- Candidate must also be able to demonstrate excellent record keeping skills and knowledge of basic reagent preparation
