| Job Description | Celina Insurance Group is seeking an Assistant Personal Lines Product Manager to join our team of property and casualty professionals. This individual will be part of a team responsible for development, implementation, monitoring, and management of product activities to provide profitable results. This includes the determination of short and long term strategies and tactics for the underwriting and marketing of the product in collaboration with our independent agency partners as well as the features, benefits, pricing, positioning, design and advertising.

We are seeking an individual with more than a basic knowledge of rate-making, excel, data accumulation and analysis. Successful candidates will also have a background in Personal Lines underwriting or marketing.
