|Job Description Summary
To assist department supervisor in the direction, training and administration of the department to produce high quality units/parts in a volume that meets the needs of our customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Ensures proper set up procedures and documentation are followed Gives general direction to operators in their area of operation Responsible for job rotation schedules and the cross training of operators Responsible for inputting production numbers in the business system Communicate issues to Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, and Supervisors Inform supervisors of changing situations, issues and provide input for continuous improvement Use Aremis to execute FAS, run shortage reports, projected stock balances, and check on production orders. Maintain daily job rotation Complete and submit flex staff evaluations Communicate department performance to department employees Oversee consistent process execution

Education And/Or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 24 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
