Job Description

Associate Director (Research & Development):

Direct development of new products & technologies; guide process improvements; direct scientific research & development strategies; analyze complex data, interpret & integrate experiment results with project & division objectives; provide strategic direction & guidance to Scientists & Research Associates; guide technical strategy for R & D business unit; interface w/other depts. to coordinate product development.

Position Reqs.:

Master’s degree in Pharmacy and min. of 5 yrs. of prior work exp. as a Formulation Scientist in the pharmaceutical industry with knowledge of patent application, new product development processes and international drug regulatory agency reqs.
