Associate Global Product Manager

Job Description

Works under the direction of the Global Product Manager, the Associate Product Manager manages an array of marketing responsibilities for a specific product line to help drive the financial success of the business.


The responsibilities of the Global APM include, but are not limited to:

Developing global marketing strategies,
Executing new product launch logistics
Helping develop product targeting, positioning, messaging
Collaborating with regional marketing and sales teams to develop effective marketing tools and programs that leverage the full marketing mix
Building and communicating the clinical and economic evidence to internal and external stakeholders
Executing and tracking the success of product and procedural marketing campaigns
Forecasting revenue and profit
Managing expense budgets
Analyzing market trends, customer needs and overall business performance


BS/BA degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics or Engineering with 3-5 years marketing experience in the healthcare industry or an MBA with a focus in Marketing
Knowledge/experience of international markets desired
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, must have considerable flexibility and excellent teamwork skills
Strong written, oral communication and quantitative skills
Ability to think from the customerís point-of-view
Self-starter who is results driven and very competent managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to analyze complex data to identify key trends, opportunities and risks
Abilty to develop a business strategy, an implementation plan and meet major objectives in a dynamic environment
Operates with proven attentiveness to metrics either self-defined or corporate-identified
Requires 10-20% travel, both domestic & international
