Job Description
The Associate Product Manager will be responsible for assisting the Product Manager(s) in the development and implementation of key promotional programs for the Suprane and Transderm Scop brands.

Core responsibilities include the implementation marketing and sales tactics through product market research, analysis and evaluation to increase customer adoption of both Suprane and Transderm Scop.

?Assist in the preparation and execution of the annual brand marketing plan through in depth analysis of customer segments, market trends and competitive gaps to identify strategic opportunities

?Perform all brand analytics including promotional program return on investment(ROI) and sales performance analysis

?Work closely with the Sales Force to evaluate and identify new promotional tools and tactics (i.e. – field visits with Sales Representatives)

?Work with the Product Manager and Marketing Communications team to manage the promotional speaker’s bureau

?Assist in the management of all brand specific activities at conventions and major trade shows

?Continue to build internal relationships in a heavily matrixed environment by working closely with team members in marketing, market research, sales, finance, clinical affairs, manufacturing, trade relations, and executive management.

?Gain approval for marketing materials through internal review process through close communication and collaboration with legal, regulatory and marketing communications personnel.

?Work closely with Advertising agencies to ensure project timelines are met

Job Requirements

?Strong analytical abilities

?Must have excellent organizational and communication skills and demonstrate the ability to work in cross functional teams

?Must have strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects

?Able to work in a fast paced environment

?Demonstrate the ability to provide leadership within cross functional teams

?Must have exceptional time management skills – ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines

?Candidate must be willing to travel 10-15% of the time Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. MBA preferred. Minimum 1-2 years of related experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical/medical device industry is required.
Pharmaceutical sales experience is beneficial but not required.
