| Job Description | Material Damage Auditor is responsible for review of all appraisals completed by field appraiser.
Job Duties:
Make adjustments that are applicable based on standards set by client(s).
Audit and adjust appraisals written by field appraiser for accuracy.
Prepare timelines when necessary to evaluate the cycle time of the appraisal.
Properly document files in the system.
Maintain compliance with all Department of Insurance regulations and company procedures.
Act as a technical resource in the area of material damage and estimating.
Handle situations arising from complaint calls from customers.
Job Requirements:
3+ years experience in writing vehicle damage estimates.
Self motivated with the ability to work independently.
Ability to negotiate effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
