| Job Description | As the technical business development manager you will be supporting TPI’s growing transportation (automotive, bus, trucks, and trains) business. As governments around the globe create more stringent emissions and fuel economy regulations vehicle manufacturers need to develop lighter weight structures to meet these new mandates. This role will work closely with the TPI Rhode Island engineering team and TPI’s Director Transportation Business Development to support new business activities. Responsibilities will include quoting, proposal writing, customer presentations, building customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and managing existing customers.
Education/ Skills/ Experience:
Business degree or B.S. Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
Minimum 3-5 years related experience required (composite and/or transportation experience preferred)
Project Management: ability to organize and manage multiple products through manufacturing process
