| Job Description | Bel-Ray is searching for a seasoned executive to fill the role of Chief Financial Officer. The role of the CFO will be to oversee the organization’s overall financial structure, growth/expansion plans, policies and accounting practices, Treasury, risk management, budgeting, audit, tax and accounting activities for the corporation and its world-wide subsidiaries.
Position requires an MBA, JD or other advanced degree as well as 10 years progressive finance and accounting management experience, including advanced international tax exposure. Must have experience in the specialty chemical arena, preferably within Bel-Ray's specific market space. Strong communication and operational skills, as well as expertise in all facets of financial management including forecasting, cash management and budgeting analysis. Demonstrated supervisory, leadership and administrative skills required with proficiency in MS Office. This is a hands-on role. Extensive knowledge of complicated financial and corporate transactions is required including prior experience in mergers, acquisitions, valuations, risk management, equity, and complex business negotiations.
