We are currently looking for a solutions-oriented CNC Programmer/Machine Shop Supervisor to deliver professional, strategic, and supportive services.

At SYNEO, each role contributes to the success of the company. The CNC Programmer Lead will display leadership qualities and provide reliable and timely support as follows:

Prioritize and coordinate all machine shop assignments, distributing workload in an efficient and effective manner
Process assignments based on product knowledge and current specifications
Continually review manufacturing specifications, prints and job notes; write process changes when necessary to update specifications
Ensure paperwork is correct and products are processed correctly and efficiently
Display a willingness to lead and participate in all Machine Shop activities
Train co-workers in job functions, as necessary
Follow through with all assignments, communicating effectively throughout process
Participate in R&D and product design projects, as needed
Machine set-up, program editing, and machine operation
Review and maintain stock levels of all required tooling (drills, inserts, etc.)
Maintain all documentation, ensuring accurate and current set-up sheet library
Assist in testing new products and procedures
Maintain CNC machines on a daily basis
Assist in the manufacturing of machine parts, as needed

We are seeking a professional who delivers effective results, meets deadlines, and completes projects which align with company objectives. The successful candidate would possess the following qualifications:

Education – AA or equivalent from 2-year technical school
Experience – 3-5 Years of CNC Experience
Experience and Education can be an equivalent combination of pref’d qualifications

Skills and attributes

Master-CAM Software/ Programming Experience
HAAS Mill Experience
FANUC Experience or Similar
Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill.
Ability to Read, Interpret, and Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Possess a strong working knowledge with Microsoft Office
Required experience:

CNC Programming: 3 years
