Chief Underwriter/ Portfolio Manager – General Middle Market



Essential Job Functions

Work with chosen system provider to ensure underwriting integrity and proper program intelligence.
Create and design metric driven dashboards to provide real time sales and profit analytics.
Drive profit through vigilant portfolio and system management
Conduct seminars and training sessions for distribution and call center
Refine and expand underwriting and best practice manuals
Develop and launch new products
Requirements

Property casualty multiline underwriting/management
Extensive knowledge of the Small Middle Enterprise market
Numerous SME broker contacts
System dashboard metrics and analytics development
Knowledge of call center and BPO management
