| Job Description | Manage a team of claim representatives and/or supporting technical ýstaff. Claims processed will include Worker’s Compensation and ýEmployer’s Liability. Oversee the investigation, reserving, managing ýand settlement of all claims assigned to the team. Provide advice and ýdirection to claim representatives. Responsible for the selection, ýtraining, development and performance of personnel as well as ýperformance reviews, salary adjustments and promotions. Handle ýspecial projects as assigned.ý
