| Job Description | Job Description: Responsible to supervise a unit of multi-line claims professionals handling New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania claims. Staff required to adhering to company claim handling practices and procedures. Responsibilities also include hiring, developing and training staff. Handle all personnel and administrative issues as well as to instill a positive team working environment with your unit. Must be capable of interpreting coverage.
Qualifications: 4 year degree or equivalent experience (at least 3-5 years of progressive multi-line adjusting experience) is required. Relevant claims coursework is preferred. This is an exempt position.
