| Job Description | Services all agencies assigned for all Commercial Lines of business written.
Duties:
Reviews commercial applications for new and renewal business and endorsement requests to evaluate acceptance eligibility according to underwriting and time service guides.
Prices commercial policies in accordance with rating plans, guidelines, and authority.
Responsible for ordering and reviewing inspection reports, premium audits and building evaluation calculations as required for risks.
Respond to internal inquiries regarding claims, underwriting guidelines, CAR rules/regulations and general questions regarding commercial coverage and forms.
Develops and maintains positive relationships with agents.
Performs other duties as may be assigned or required.
Qualifications:
College degree or equivalent underwriting experience is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
