| Job Description | Description: This position is responsible for controls engineering projects involving control panel design, PLC programming, SCADA Programming, instrumentation, check out support and start-up assistance. Engineering responsibilities include: 1) Designs, develops, and implements control system (logic software and hardware) to meet and integrated system requirements. 2) Develops control logic software and user interface applications. 3) Must be able to start-up and debug integrated systems and develop system documentation. 4) Individual will be working on automation and controls system integration projects for clients in industries such as Grain Handling, Food Manufacturing, and Natural Gas Distributions. 5) Fluent with computers, local area networking, and MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
Requirements:
•Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering of Computer Science is preferred. An AA in Engineering Technology or equivalent with equivalent experience may be substituted.
•0-3 years experience in control systems, components, ladder logic programming (i.e. Rockwell Automation, GE, Modicon, Siemens).
•Experience with instrumentation, user interface design, and SCADA programming (i.e. Cimplicity, Wonderware, FactoryTalk View, Iconics, etc.
•Experience with AutoCad is desired.
•Ability to travel 25%. |
