Position Summary:

The incumbent is responsible for implementing and managing the procedures, processes and reporting necessary to continually improve the financial accounting, analysis, support and control responsibilities within Jubilant Cadista under the general supervision from the Chief Financial Officer.

Position will manage outstanding AR, determine collection and deduction resolution priorities, contacting delinquent customers to secure payment, enter collection notes, investigate and determine resolution on receivables deductions, rebates and preparing credit as applicable.

Position is responsible to manage working capital to include inventory, receivables, returns, rebates, and applicable deductions along with other D&B drivers/ indicators to improve the company’s financial profile.

Position is responsible for managing inventory deviations with the Supply Chain organization.

Position reviews Sales and Use Tax paid, filing of necessary Sales and Use Tax returns, ensuring compliance of IRS provisions on regular business transactions and assisting in the Tax Provision working on quarterly basis.

Compare the operating performance with plans and standards, analyze variances, and provide regular reports to the departmental heads to initiate action plans for improvements.

Position will recommend and implement appropriate internal controls processes for SOX Compliance.

Prepare monthly/ quarterly reports and presentations for Executive Management and all Board Meetings.


Qualifications:

BS degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA and a minimum of 8 - 12 years experience gained through increasingly responsible management positions within finance.

Candidates must possess knowledge of automated accounting systems, well-developed financial analysis capabilities, and demonstrated ability to manage microcomputer operations and applications.

Experience working with and administering financial integration settings on a regular basis with SAP and/ or establishing new inventory codes, receivable codes and vendor code required.

Experience with coordinating and finalizing annual/ quarterly SEC filings such as 10 Qs/ 10Ks and researching new accounting pronouncements experience a plus.

Well-developed management and administrative skills required. Experience communicating and working with international headquarters.
