PURPOSE:
Assist with maintaining functions and processes to ensure sufficient physical security for protection of all Aviva USA locations including property and employees
EXPERIENCE:
Corporate physical security involvement including, but not limited to (including multiple sites):
badge access management, including integrity checks on activity
IT request processing
project management relating to building repairs
collection and review of security access control reports
Report generation/distribution & database management (Crystal Reports software)
Must possess excellent verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills (customer service skills & speaking in front of large groups)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Ability to walk long distances and stand for prolonged periods of time
Work effectively as a member of a team
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Candidate should have the ability to present professional image at all times
Must possess the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
Qualifications:
Associates degree or equivalent work experience
2 – 3 years physical corporate security administration experience |
