| Job Description | JOB DESCRIPTION:
Temple-Inland's Bay Sheets sheet feeder plant has an opening for a corrugator supervisor. The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, providing sound leadership in managing safety, quality, waste reduction, productivity, and training processes in a high speed corrugator environment. This person is responsible for holding crew meetings; ensuring compliance on quality and process checks; managing absenteeism and coverage for vacancies; managing housekeeping; ensuring all employees follow plant safety rules and all regulations; ensuring production goals are attained; and developing and cross training crew members.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Three to five years corrugator supervisor experience is preferred. BHS corrugator experience is a plus. A High school diploma, strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and the ability to plan, prioritize, problem solve, and carry out assigned projects is required. |
