| Job Description | Bel-Ray Company, Inc. is seeking a Cost Accountant for its NJ Manufacturing Facility. The ideal candidate is responsible for:
• Reviewing the Manufacturing process of products, resulting in accurate cost development and improvement recommendations.
• Developing procedures for the manufacturing facility to capture production information leading to analysis to properly cost products and identity process improvements.
• Analyze actual manufacturing and product development creating costing sheets to provide costing and pricing alternatives.
• Analyzing and interpreting the gross margins, cost variance, inventory movements and other accounting reports as they relate to cost.
• Coordinating physical inventories to ensure accurate counts.
• Overseeing the daily processing of inventory transactions.
