We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Counsel in our Legal department based in our downtown Chicago office.

The successful candidate, reporting to Associate General Counsel, Corporate, will have 2 -3 years of broad corporate experience, including experience with securities compliance and offerings, mergers and acquisitions, IP transactional, real estate transactional, and general corporate matters. The attorney will join a team of 5 – 7 other corporate attorneys in the law department, supporting the other members of the corporate law group in a broad array of domestic and global corporate law initiatives. The attorney will have the opportunity to interact directly with internal senior level clients from around the world.

Requirements:
•JD and licensed in the state of IL
•2-3 years broad corporate legal experience
•Law firm experience highly preferred
•Self- starter capable of handling a multitude of issues at any one time
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Excellent teamplayer
