We invite you to explore the following opportunities: Separations Manager - This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the Separations, Chlorination, and Sublimation departments in Chemical Operations. Ideal manager will bring a four-year degree Chemical Engineering and at least four years of personnel and product management experience in an industrial setting. Demonstrated leadership, initiative, discipline, and drive for continuous improvement in an industrial production environment. Considerable knowledge of equipment capabilities, processes, procedures, and management associated with a production department. Proven ability to work well in a team environment, excellent people skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and effective analytical and problem solving skills. Experience initiating Lean Manufacturing principles and techniques in a production environment is preferred. Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point) and Intranet applications. Experience with Oracle Process Management (OPM) and/or Discoverer is preferred. Corrosion Laboratory Technician - will provide the hands-on laboratory support and perform some administrative tasks for the Corrosion Engineers and Corrosion Laboratory Manager. This laboratory mainly supports ATI Wah Chang’s Chemical Processing Industry (CPI) grades of the metals manufactured and sold by ATI Wah Chang. Minimum requirements include a two year degree (or equivalent experience) in a physical science, to include a year of college-level chemistry, lab experience. Metallurgy/welding coursework or experience is a plus. Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point a plus.) A willingness and eagerness to learn about the technical aspects of reactive metal corrosion is required. Mechanical aptitude, and experience (or willingness to learn) basic metal working tools and equipment, such as shear, milling machines, drill presses, automated welder, etc. Crew Supervisor - Extrusion - This position is responsible for training, supervising, motivating and leading the production workforce and prioritizing their daily tasks. Plan and direct department activities to obtain safe and efficient operations including multiple aspects of safety: conduct daily safety audits, facilitate risk abatement activities, develop and implement procedures to minimize safety hazards, correct unsafe working conditions and acts, report and investigate incidents.

A bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or related field is preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Prior supervisory experience is required, preferably in a heavy industrial environment which included supervising bargaining unit employees. Experience with Lean Manufacturing based continuous improvement is required, preferably direct experience working with pull systems and defined continuous improvement systems. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to interact well with employees and customers are essential. Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word). Because we are a federal government contractor, we have special restrictions placed on us for hiring foreign nationals into certain key positions within the company. This particular position requires U.S. citizenship.

Inspection Supervisor - This position is responsible for training, supervising, motivating and leading the production workforce and prioritizing their daily tasks in the inspection department.

A bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or related field is preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Prior supervisory experience is required, preferably in heavy industrial or inspection environments which included supervising bargaining unit employees.

Experience with Lean Manufacturing based continuous improvement is preferred.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to interact well with employees and customers are essential.

Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word). Must meet or exceed vision test requirements for job related functions.
