Position Overview
Advanced Testing Laboratory, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Biologist to join our team of dedicated professionals focused on client service and quality. The ideal candidate will be motivated, energetic, forward thinking, and possess outstanding leadership development and/or technical skills, organizational awareness, and a commitment to excellence.
Major Responsibilities
•Perform cell-based assays on a daily basis including Proliferation Toxicity Assays and Cytokine Assays.
•Execute Cell Culture and Viability Assays.
•Perform Flow Cytometry.
Requirements
•Ideal candidates will have a Bachelors Degree in Biology with 3 to 5 years industrial experience or a Masters Degree in Biology 2 to 3 years industrial experience.
•Ideal candidates will also have direct experience with experimental design and statistical analysis for systems biology experiments.
•Minimum of 6 months experience in cellular biology.
•Proven consistent pipetting skills.
•Strong written and oral communications skills.
•Immunostaining and Cryopreservation skills are a plus.
•Previous experience in the consumer products, pharmaceuticals, personal care, and/or food and beverage industries is required. Experience working in an FDA/cGMP regulated environment is preferred.
