| Job Description | The purpose of this position is to design of bevel gear, precision gear and coarse pitch industrial open gear elements and systems.
Responsible for developing product designs including assemblies, bills of materials, parts lists and detail drawings in conformance with order requirements.
Develop tools to improve effectiveness of the department.
Perform analytical activities as required.
Support application engineering, field sales, service and manufacturing functions on technical matters as required.
Analyze order content and customer specifications.
Interface with manufacturing on disposition of deviations and resolves manufacturing, assembly, and installation problems.
Ensure manufacturability and cost effectiveness of designs.
Complete tasks in a dependable and thorough manner within required time frame.
Function in a teamwork atmosphere for all endeavors.
Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Must have 5+ years experience. |
