Director, Clinical Operations

Job Description
Reports to: SH


Position Responsibilities:
A clinical research individual with either a Ph. D or Pharm. D and at least 15 years of relevant experience, at least 5 years at director level. Must have extensive experience of managing Phase 1 studies and a good understanding of clinical pharmacokinetics, basic statistics and clinical trial methodology. Experience beyond Phase 1 would be beneficial as would experience working in smaller organizations. Strong leadership skills are essential.

The individual must have demonstrated record of delivering results under pressure and creative problem solving. Good presentation skills are essential as is a close experience of collaboration with the FDA or other major regulatory authority. Experience with biologics and/or anti-infective drug development preferred.
