Foth Production Solutions, LLC is currently seeking a team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented Electrical & Controls Engineer for our Green Bay, WI location, who is looking for new learning experiences, opportunities for career growth, and a desire to contribute to our clients’ success.
Foth Production Solutions partners with selected Fortune 500 companies to accomplish product making and production objectives, including: plant rationalization, new product introductions, productivity improvements, custom machine development and manufacturing, changeover reductions, capacity increases and efficiency improvements.
Primary Responsibilities:
Travel for this position will be 25-35% regularly and may include international
•Provide hardware and software design for machine and system installations and integration projects within the consumer products industry
•Perform on-site, machine-specific changes to control systems, testing, develop an installation, testing, start up and implementation plan
•Modify and/or upgrade existing control system as specified by the client
•Generate design packages and direct CAD resources with the following: ?wiring diagrams, component specification, installation details, etc.
•Assist in the development of all project-related documentation, schedules and cost estimates
•Execute and coordinate projects utilizing primarily PLC, HMI, drive and motion control hardware and software
•Produce high quality deliverables while working in a collaborative team environment - working simultaneously on multiple projects

Required Qualifications:
•BS Electrical Engineering
•5-7 years of industry relevant experience (machine and motion controls)
•Experience with the following: ?Rockwell Control-Logix, SLC-500, PLC-5 and motion control programming
?Rockwell Powerflex variable frequency and Kinetix servo drives
?Rockwell software machine level (PanelBuilder or RSViewME) HMI programming
Preferred Qualifications:
•10+ years of industry relevant experience
•Additional exposure to any of the following: ?Allen Bradley PLCs
?HMIs (Panel View, RS View, WonderWare, Intellution)
?Visual Basic, Visual Basic.NET, Visual C (variant)
?Assembly Language Programming
?VME BUS Communication
?ASP.net
?XML
?Serial & Ethernet communications
?Database programming (SQL, RS-SQL, MS Access)
