BASIC FUNCTIONS:
Constant vigilance for safety of self, team and equipment
Implement process improvements and equipment upgrades
Project management
Electrical construction engineering
Power distribution design and maintenance for plant site
Hardware and software automation engineering.
Maintaining and updating electrical prints and documentation
Assist electricians with troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Maintain Mill PLC’s, HMI’s, Level 2 systems, and Drives
Assist with set up of preventative and predictive maintenance programs
Dedication to being a team player and providing great customer service
Requirements
PREREQUISITES:
BS Electrical Engineering Degree
SELECTION CRITERIA:
Strong commitment to Safety in all job aspects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build strong relationships with team and to contribute effectively in a team environment
Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail
Have demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
Thorough understanding of electrical engineering principles
Programming skills.
