Electrical Engineering – Manufacturing Controls Systems Integration- Have a thorough knowledge of PLC programming and electrical maintenance background. Capable of programming in RSLogix 5, RSLogix 500 and RSLogix 5000. Capable of writing and understanding programs with advanced PLC instructions such as PID, function blocks, advanced math, etc. Experience in open industrial network protocols for industrial automation applications and Troubleshoot, maintain and repair of all production equipment. Incorporated revisions and modifications to existing equipment to increase performance and efficiency. Proficient in PLC programming (Allen Bradley, ABB and Omron). Competent in equipment design and maintenance of electrical systems such as motor controls and drives, power supplies, programmable controllers and networks. Able to design, develope, upgrade, and debug sequence control logic PLC programs and electrical controls systems. Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System. Excellent leadership and communication skills. |
