Position Summary
Core Responsibilities: A variety of tasks that require knowledge of production and packaging equipment and major utility systems with minimal support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This includes the following, and other duties may be assigned:
Education: Trade School level of Electrical or Mechanical training preferred.
Experience: Previous employment in a food industry setting is preferred
Knowledge of: Computer software and basic mathematical skills are required (must be able to convert US to metric, read a tape measure, caliper and micrometer).
Experience in electrical and mechanical repair on production and utility equipment.
Behavioral/Physical skills: The ideal candidate must have the following attributes and skills; strong attention to detail and accuracy, tact and dependability, able to work well with others, clear communication abilities (written and verbal), ability to take shift responsibilities by troubleshooting and repairing the equipment with minimal support from supervisor and must be able to work the required shift/hours. |
