CAREER OPPORTUNITY
The Engineering Manager is responsible for all Project Engineering and Maintenance functions of the plant, as well as, some process improvement projects. As Engineering Manager, you will develop and manage the capital budget for the plant, manage construction projects, oversee contractors, and maintain equipment files. You will also provide an advanced level of skills and experience to create, develop, implement, optimize, and troubleshoot manufacturing processes for the Purification Cellutions’ Plant operations in order to support new products, plant productivity improvement, maintenance, and safety goals. This position will have two direct reports and is under the leadership of the Plant Superintendent.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Bachelor of Science in Engineering is required
5+ years maintenance management/supervision experience or 7+years production
engineering experience in an industrial environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate throughout all levels of the organization
Demonstrated good project management skills with the ability to manage multiple
priorities, leadership, technical, planning, and team building skills
Knowledge of TPM, PDM, PM, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Experience managing an hourly workforce is strongly desired
Experience in SAP with knowledge required to manage capital costs is desired
