| Job Description | JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for overall functions for the Engineering operations and processes in the mill. Responsible for managing the process to ensure that mechanical and electrical engineering projects are performed in accordance with applicable codes and standards. Overall responsibility for mill engineering functions with strong interface with IP Technology group. Responsible to develop expense & capital projects in support of improved operations mill wide.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
B.S. Degree in Engineering + 5 years industrial related engineering, maintenance, reliability or mechanical equipment process experience. Pulp and Papermill experience, planning, scheduling and supervisory of professional employees experience required. Excellent communication skills, problem solving and decision making skills. Knowledge of Pulp and Paper technology, processes, systems and equipment required. Demonstrated PC Skills and basic understanding of Microsoft Project required. |
