Experienced Controls Engineer:
Innotec, a high-growth, unique and fully automated West Michigan manufacturer of products for automotive, furniture and appliance industries including is selectively seeking an experienced Controls Engineer. Successful candidates will have a desire to work in a fast paced environment based on trust and integrity and an interest in a hands-on approach to business. Interested applicants should have a passion for manufacturing and innovation along with a desire for a broad scope of daily responsibilities. In addition to these qualities we are looking for someone with the following skills and qualifications:

Qualifications
Experience with product or process innovations
Knowledge of motion control and vision system integration a plus
Familiarity with many different aspects of controls from system design to programming
Proven results towards continuous improvements and a consistent progression in roles and
responsibilities
Familiarity with many different aspects of controls from system design to programming
Ability and willingness to work up to 70% of time on the floor to help determine and correct issues, improve processes, and create or maintain successful programs
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Plastics)
3+ years of Controls engineering experience
Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not a requirement
Knowledge of motion control and vision system integration a plus
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder |
