|Product Manager is responsible for the administration of new and existing company products including testing (as required), pricing, time-integrated plans for product introduction, product specification sheets (NPD’s) and field introduction.
Determines customers needs and desires and product pricing by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product by appraising new product ideas and or product or packaging changes.
Assesses market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products.
Provides source data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives.
Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising, and production.
Determines product costs/pricing.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred. Ability and willingness to travel both domestically and internationally approximately 15% of time, Excellent Excel skills, very strong analytical skills, strong sense of good taste/beauty, 5+ years prior experience in product management
