This person will install, maintain, and repair MultiCam products. Technician will be providing professional support and training onsite, via phone and e-mail. Must be available for special projects and services during normal work hours and beyond as required. Responsible for completion of all documentation required for calls and service.
Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities
Support customers and distributors as needed on site, via phone, and e-mail
Determine Warranty Status
Locate and disburse parts and part numbers
Knowledge of and ability to operate all MultiCam products
Knowledge of and ability to operate all software sold and supported by MultiCam
Excellent attendance and being punctual is mandatory
Travel both internationally and domestically is required
Complete other assigned tasks as required
Required Skills
PC literate with strong Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and file compression skills
Professional Phone demeanor
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of Companys products and services
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Mechanical Aptitude a MUST
Strong understanding of electricity and electronics
Ability to read schematics
Education/ Other Requirements
2 Year degree preferred in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Passport Eligible
1+ years experience in Customer Service |
