Overview
Install, maintain, and repair MultiCam products. Technician will be providing professional support and training onsite, via phone and e-mail. Candidates must be available for special projects and services during normal work hours and beyond as required. Responsible for completion of all documentation required for calls and service.
Responsibilities
? Support customers and distributors as needed on site, via phone, and e-mail
? Determine Warranty Status
? Locate and disburse parts and part numbers
? Knowledge of and ability to operate all MultiCam products
? Knowledge of and ability to operate all software sold and supported by MultiCam
? Excellent attendance and being punctual is mandatory
? Travel both internationally and domestically is required
? Complete other assigned tasks as required
Required Skills
? PC literate with strong Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and file compression skills
? Professional Phone demeanor
? Strong verbal and written communication skills
? Understanding of Company’s products and services
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Mechanical Aptitude a MUST
? Good understanding of basic electricity and electronics
? Ability to read schematics
? Plasma Exp is a plus!
Education/ Other Requirements
? College degree preferred in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
? Passport Eligible
? 1+ years experience in Customer Service
? Bilingual preferred |
