The Finance Director serves as a primary point of contact for Strategic Service Units (SSU) leadership in providing service for all areas of Financial Performance, Planning and Reporting to assigned SSU. This person will oversee or review financial activities providing planning, analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting services. This person will also partner with SSU to develop and support executing financial strategy.

Job Qualifications


Bachelors degree required.

10 or more years of related experience in financial analysis preferred.

Insurance industry experience or consulting required.

Previous experience in a consultative and strategic role preferred.

Strong modeling skills and in depth knowledge with financial metrics required.
