| Job Description | As a Financial Analyst, you will be a key resource partnering with department leaders across the organization to provide information, insight and guidance on financial management.
Prepare and update weekly and monthly reporting requirements as required by parent company - for orders, shipments and backlog information by country
Support consolidated reporting for EDI, including conversion of subsidiary financial statements
Coordinate development of company forecasts, annual plans and five year strategic plans
Facilitate sales forecasting function for current year forecasting, annual and strategic planning with sales leadership
Support weekly updates of operating metrics - including on-time deliveries, product lead times, target gross margins, and product line profitability
Support Product Managers, and Product Management teams with data analysis of
historical and projected - revenue & profitability - by product, customer, product line, application and industry
Support current and future pricing strategies with detailed understanding of EDI product costing and pricing approach
Support channel management profitability analysis and expense management, including management of both internal and agent sales commissions
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
Experience with ERP systems and data queries, with exposure to SAP or Intuitive helpful
Advanced skills in Excel and data analysis
Ability to summarize data logically
Ability to work with teams to determine best solution to meet data requirements
Strong attention to detail and ability to reconcile results
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Previous experience in a progressive manufacturing environment with international locations preferred |
