| Job Description | Responsibilities
Planning, directing, and coordinating the manufacturing of products in compliance with company and customer goals and objectives
Establishing and controlling conditions of production in order to satisfy customer and quality specifications
Direct and coach the formulation and packaging supervisor, production planner and lab technician in execution of operating strategies and plans
Organizing and directing workflow for satisfying production requirement in a cost-efficient manner
Devloping and motivating the cost-effective alternatives and improvements to production processes.
Maintaining employee safety and moreale by creating safe and efficient working environment
Managing the purchasing, stock control, distribution, production-scheduling tasks for multiple formulation and packaging processes
Maintaining proper employment levels through selcting, interviewing, and training of personnel
Oversee and manage the formulation and packaging division with the assistance of the formulation and packaging supervisor and production manager
Performing analysis of formulation and packaging processes and determining optimum production levels
Lisasing with the customer representatives on production planning
Maximizing the efficiency of production lines and ensuring the effective staffing utilization
Communicate needs and issues with other division managers and maintenance personnel
Speciific Tasks
Approve batch sheets pre batching and review batch sheets post batching prior to packing
Develop and oversee schedule compliance
Troubleshoot schedule/production, quality issues, and develop solutions
Develop and implement SOPs for formulation and packaging division
Drive the continual improvement of the packaging and formulation division
Coach and develop formulation/packaging supervisor, production and lead personnel
Develop and implement inventory usage, control, and tracking program
