Leadar Roll, Inc. is a precision manufacturer and distributor of steel rolls, forging and shafts. Our operations have been in Lima, Ohio for over 15 years. We are looking for someone with a strong management track-record that can spearhead the continued transformation of a small industrial company that has a broad reach. Experience within the metals industry, a metallurgical or technical background, experience implementing systems and commercial savvy are all key elements to this role.
Base bay and benefits are market-competitive with a significant chance for growth.
The GM will report directly to ownership.
Responsibility includes:
Day-to-day management of sales, marketing, finance and operations.
Profit and loss of operation.
Timely reporting.
Interfacing directly with customers and suppliers.
Qualifications necessary:
Excellent leadership skills.
A minimum of five-years of relevant management experience.
A technical background.
Superior decision-making skills and problem solving skills.
