Manages Business HR for a business unit/plant or an HR function such as Benefits,
Compensation, Employment Law, HRIS, or the Trinity Answer Place Call Center. Directs the activities and staff involved in developing and/or maintaining HR services, policies, programs, and processes. Establishes functional business plans and provides for the development and alignment of HR people, products, programs and services to achieve organizational objectives. Facilitates, measures, and improves the quality of people management.

Implementation and management of strategic recruiting program

Establishing community relationships and implementing communitiy initiatives for Talent Aquisition

Management of onboarding process and appropriate guidelines

Participates in establishing, administering functional projects

Establishes, recommends changes to policies

Manages Hiring Event Program

Directs and manages resources to implement tactical business plans and programs

Errors result in critical delays and modifications to projects, operations; jeopardize future business activity

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills required

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Required Experience

5-7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources with specific focus and accomplishments in Recruiting and Talent Acquisition in a manufacturing environment

Experience with development of an onboarding process

Experience with an ATS and other onboarding tools
