Position Description
Responsible for supervising hourly employees on assigned shift in the operation of the Heat Treat Department. Schedules manpower and equipment in the most efficient manner to achieve the quality heat treatment of forged components while meeting customer schedules and minimizing costs.
Qualified candidate will have a working knowledge of metallurgy as applied to heat treating. Supervisory skills to include a through knowledge of union labor agreements and communication skills. Requires at least two years experience.
